Christmas 2018

Christmas 2018

The celebrations were endless and we all had a blast. First up was a visit from St. Nick and our first ever Elf on the Shelf, and the kids names her Muffin.

Excited for their stockings...Hailey running.

Checking out the goods.

Next up was a trip on the Polar Express with Grandma and Grandpa Anderson. They took a trolley ride from Manitowoc Coffee to the Holiday Inn (the North Pole) where they got to see Santa, and make some crafts, decorate cookies all while wearing the Pajamas, just like the movie Polar Express.

We decorated Christmas cookies.

Blake had his first school Christmas concert. Lots of people there to watch our "tree" in the concert. He didn't want to participate, but he didn't cry so we will count it as the win. Both Jim and I were there, along with sister Hailey, Grandma Anderson, Grandma Skubal, and Great Grandma Mott. Aunt Jenny & Uncle Brian along with cousins Johanna and Lyla were also there too.

Santa came a day early to the Anderson house so the kids had to put cookies and milk out for him. Although Ms Hailey wanted to eat the cookie she put out for him.

Christmas Day was out at Kewaunee. Here's Hailey opening her gifts from Godmother Kim.

Awwww....
We weren't done yet. The weekend following Christmas we had one more celebration at my parent's house. It's always a nice way to finish off the Christmas season. It's a relaxing day where we eat brunch, open presents, play with new things, and play games (for the adults).

Blake's 1st Day of 3k

It's hard to believe we sent Blake off to 3k this year. It's only 2 days a week for a short time but he has really changed into a little man since starting school. Mom fought hard to keep the tears from flowing at drop off. He did great though and was ready to be in school. He's learned so much already and we just love hearing about his days at school.

Here are a few of the many pictures I took on that first day.

Halloween 2018

I know, I'm super far behind in posting updated pictures. We had a fun Halloween this year...although we didn't make it to any pumpkin farms like we did last year. Blake had his tonsils the week before we went to pick out pumpkins so he was pretty miserable when we went to pick out pumpkins.

We also baked some cupcakes and decorated them as spiders, attended a "Trunk or Treat" event at Redeemer. It was so nice to walk around to the different cars all decorated.

We had a very cute Dory and a young Packer (he is my new favorite packer this year).
